6-7 December '25: The Crown of London
First competition of the new season and our girls did really well after a well-deserved break, working hard in summer camp and preparing for a new year! Anya placed 3rd in hoop, 5th in clubs and 4th overall. Karolina got 1st in clubs, 5th in hoop and 3rd overall. Stesha placed 4th in ball and 6th in clubs and overall. Liza won the competition in hoop, placed 3rd in ribbon and overall, and 5th in clubs. Nicole received gold for her ball routine, and got silver in hoop as well as in overall. Manuela won the tournament in free and overall, as well as Hana who got gold in hoop, clubs and overall. Furthermore, both Manuela and Hana won the Crown of London title! What a great start of the season!

Our Liza proudly represented Dynamo at British Championships after successfully qualifying from Grades earlier this year. What an amazing new milestone! A new first for our club!

12-13 July '25: London Championships
Girls took part in Summer London Championships and got some great results! Hana placed 4th in hoop, clubs and overall. Anya got bronze in clubs and overall, and gold in hoop. Liza placed 1st in ball and overall, 2nd in ribbon and 3rd in clubs. We congratulate our team!

22 June '25: Dynamo Cup
Our own international tournament Dynamo Cup took place for the first time and we could not be more proud and excited! Our girls showed remarkable support for each other and contestants from other clubs. Apart from competing, they contributed to the tournament preparation and helped throughout the day. What an incredible day filled with new heights, new memories and new beginnings! We cannot wait to host it again in 2026!

Erika, Karolina and Liza participated in Devotion Cup 2025 — Erika came 2nd in ball, Karolina 4th in clubs, 5th in ball and 4th overall, and Liza became 1st with both clubs and ribbon, and placed 2nd overall.

Our girls successfully participated in Mini Cup with some clean routines - Manuela placed 1st in hoop and 2nd in ball, and Erika placed 2nd in free and 1st in ball!

18 May '25: National Development Plan Finals
Karolina successfully qualified for Gold level from Zone A Regional Grades in March, which enabled her to participate in NDP Finals in Newcastle and reach National level. She placed 8th in clubs, 11th in ball and 9th overall. A massive milestone for both Karolina and our club! All of us at Dynamo are extremely proud of Karolina's achievement!

Liza and Karolina took part in an international tournament London Spring Cup 2025, where they competed with gymnasts from all over Europe. Karolina placed 2nd in clubs and Liza got a new personal best score in ball.

We congratulate our girls on great performances at Easter Bunny Cup! Hana placed first in hoop and overall, and Adriana placed first in ball, second in hoop and overall. Liza and Karolina took part in Zone A Grades, which they have been preparing for for months. Grades determine what level gymnasts have passed and whether they qualified for NDP Finals or British Championships. Our girls did some really good routines. Massive congratulations to Liza on finishing 5th in ball, 7th in clubs and 7th overall, and to Karolina on coming 11th in ball, 9th in clubs and 10th overall. Liza qualified for British Championships and Karolina for NDP Finals. A huge milestone for us! Massive well done to both on surviving 3 weekends of competitions in a row and making it further to national level!

Karolina and Liza took part in the first competition of the year and on the new Code of Points. Liza competed for the first time after a 2-year break and got 3 bronze medals - in ball, clubs and overall! Karolina came 9th in ball, 7th in clubs and 8th overall. After the competition, girls took part in Boryana Kaleyn's masterclass - incredible experience to learn from Paris 2024 Olympics silver medalist!

Liza and Karolina's first try-on of their new leotards custom made in Latvia by Tatyana Grohovska. We take routine ideas very seriously — Michael Jackson themed leotard for Liza’s clubs and Beetlejuice for Karolina’s ball. New season ready!

23-24 Nov '24: Hillywood Cup
We travelled to the Netherlands to compete in an international tournament in Hilversum and all our girls showed great results! Manuela placed 2nd in free and 1st in hoop, Erika 1st in hoop, Karolina came 1st in free, hoop and clubs, Polina 1st in ribbon and Miss Elegance, Adriana placed 1st in hoop and ball, and Nastya was 2nd in ribbon. Amazing results for Dynamo on an international stage!

A truly dream come true experience for our head coach Liza and senior gymnast Anastasia — watching the rhythmic gymnastics finals live at the Olympic Games in Paris! And it is there that our new team member came from to join our club — the official Olympic mascot of the 2024 Games.

The very next day after successful performances at North Stars Cup, our girls took part in Devotion Cup 2024 — what a weekend! Erika came 2nd in free routine, Stefania 2nd in free, Vitalina 11th in free and Anna placed 1st in hoop, clubs and overall. Our team traveled to Spain to participate in the prestigious Grand Premium International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament. It was a remarkable experience, as we proudly represented both our club and our country on an international stage.

The RGuide Cup holds a special place in our hearts, as it is an international tournament organized by our head coach, Liza, for the second consecutive year. RGuide Cup provided us with the opportunity to compete against gymnasts from around the globe, including participants from Brazil, Cyprus, Lithuania, and Ireland.

Two of our gymnasts were of a huge help to our coach on her Level 2 coaching exam. Each coach must bring gymnasts on the day of the assessment and Karolina and Victoria saved the day - leaving London at 6am, a two hour journey to Northampton and a full-on training!
